Zollikofen

The project consists of ten row houses located in Zollikofen, featuring a mix of family-sized and individual units across two buildings with multiple floor configurations. Each row house includes outdoor living areas such as terraces and private gardens, as well as amenities like underground parking and hobby rooms. The design incorporates eco-friendly construction methods, including solar panels and geothermal heating systems, to enhance the living experience.
