This project consists of two multifamily houses, offering a total of 16 residential units designed for ownership. Additionally, an underground parking garage is included to facilitate secure vehicle storage, alongside designated spaces for bicycles.

The apartments benefit from intra-building connectivity through direct entrances and enjoyable outdoor spaces. Notably, the designs incorporate winter gardens with frameless mobile glass elements, promoting integration between indoor and outdoor living areas. The project also allows for customization of interior design elements, ensuring that the living spaces can be tailored to meet individual preferences, subject to feasibility.
