Each chalet features 5.5 to 6.5 rooms, largely distributed over three levels, offering ample space for residents. The buildings will come with substantial plot sizes, ranging from 718 m² to 924 m², and each unit includes a balcony area of approximately 44 m² to 51 m², allowing for outdoor relaxation.
